                                AMENDMENT TO THE ANNOUNCEMNT OF 29 JANUARY 2010
                                  ISSUE OF EQUITY AND DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

Following the announcement made on 29 January 2010, Guild Acquisitions plc (the "Company") announces  that  the
acquisition  of  12,000,000 ordinary shares by Mr Shaun Dowling, a Director of the Company, has been  cancelled
and the Company instead received £30,000 by way of a loan from Mr Dowling.

His  holding  is  1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.18% of the issued share capital. No other  Director
holds shares in the Company and there are 31,411,002 Ordinary Shares in issue.
