                         Dmatek Lands Israeli Contract

               Will provide technology for national tender through
                          Group 4 Securicor subsidiary

Dmatek Ltd., the London listed (DTK.L) provider of leading electronic monitoring
technologies, today announces an agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary
Elmo-Tech Ltd. and Hashmira Company (Hashmira), Group 4 Securicor's local
subsidiary, to provide electronic monitoring technologies for Israel's national
home detention programme.

Following a competitive tender, Hashmira, Israel's largest security and guarding
services enterprise, was awarded the Israeli Ministry of Public Security
contract to provide monitoring services throughout the country.  The contract is
for one year with an option for two one-year extensions.  Initial estimated
revenue from this project is $250,000.

A high ranking official of the Israeli Ministry of Public Security said: 'We
have recognized the benefits that electronic monitoring of offenders can offer
to penitentiary and probation systems and have moved to implement the scheme on
a national basis.'  He added: 'The new monitoring system from Elmo-Tech, a
highly accredited developer of monitoring technologies globally, is intended to
alleviate prison facility overcrowding though the remote monitoring of parolees
that would have otherwise been held in jail.  Based on the experience we
accumulate during the scheme's implementation, the Ministry will consider
expanding the programme to additional offender population.'

Commenting on the contract win, Dmatek's CEO, Yoav Reisman said, 'We are
