The Company has been advised by Cantor Fitzgerald Europe under Section 198 of
the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act') that as at 11 October 2002 they had an
interest in 8,721,932 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('the Shares') in the
Company.   Legendary Investments PLC has an interest in 4,716,932 of these
Shares  by virtue of part (4)(b) of Section 208 of Companies Act 1985.   The
Company  believes these 4,716,932 are  held to fully hedge a contract for
difference position with Legendary Investments PLC.         The 8,721,932 Shares
represents an interest of 9.57% of the issued share capital of the Company



The Company has also received a notice from Zo Media Group informing the Moss
Bros Group Plc ('the Company') that they hold an interest in a total of
3,020,000 shares ('the Shares') in the Company.  The notice  says that 1,275,000
of the Shares are registered in the name of Schweco Nominees and  they have the
right to call for the remainder of the Shares totalling 1,745,000 to be
delivered to them or to their order.   This represents a holding 4.65% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
