                          COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE

Paris, the 4th of February 2008 - EuropaCorp has just acquired the rights for
the cinema adaptation of 'La Mécanique du Cœur' (The Mechanics of the Heart),
novel published by Flammarion. This agreement concerns a 3D animated film that
will be written and co-directed by Mathias Malzieu, the author of the original
novel, who is also Dionysos' lead singer. Two of Dionysios' favourite
collaborators should also take part in this adaptation: Stéphane Berla, who
directed their last two clips, and Joann Sfar, who contributed to the graphics
of both the book and the album.

'La Mécanique du Cœur' is Mathias Malzieu's second novel: a modern tale, the
story of Jack whose heart was replaced by a clock at birth. To survive, he must
avoid all strong emotions, and in particular the most dangerous one of all: love
. The book is currently amongst the Top 20 most sold novels.

The novel was published last October and was sold with a 'soundtrack' in the
form of an eponymous album by Dionysos, one that boasts a number of original
collaborations such as - amongst others - Arthur H, Olivia Ruiz, Eric Cantona,
Grand Corps Malade, Jean Rochefort and Alain Bashung. With over 75,000 copies
sold, the album is already a gold record album.

This new project confirms EuropaCorp's interest for animated films, after the
success of Arthur and the Invisibles, the two sequels of which are in their
production phases, but also with the release of A Monster in Paris in the near
