TMT Acquisition plc was a Special Purpose Acquisition Company that was formed to acquire businesses in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. In March 2024, the Financial Conduct Authority officially removed the company from its list following its' acquisition by Bellascura.
TMT Acquisition share price was cancelled in March 2024.
