Hostmore was a London-listed hospitality group, formerly the parent company of the TGI Fridays UK franchise and the cocktail-led brand 63rd+1st. The company collapsed and fell into administration in late 2024 following the termination of its proposed GBP177 million acquisition of TGI Fridays Inc.
Hostmore share price was cancelled in September 2024.
