LONDON, 3 July, 2006 - Ambrian Partners Ltd ('Ambrian' or 'the Company'), the

announced that Michael Armitage has been appointed as Head of Equity Research.

Michael Armitage will bring to the Company in-depth specialist expertise within
the telecommunications industry. It will also mark the broadening of Ambrian's

developed in the natural resources sector, by entering new, specialist sectors
