Abbey Protection received notification today that Mrs Tanya Green, the wife of the Group Finance Director, Mr Adrian Green, sold 22,000 Abbey Protection ordinary shares at a price of 77.5 pence per share on 30 March 2012. Following this transaction, Mr Green will continue to be interested, as defined by the AIM Rules, in 1,785,528 ordinary shares in the Group, representing 1.78% of the Group's issued share capital.
