Results of Placing and Total Voting Rights
Further to the Company's announcement earlier today, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Company has raised approximately £2.4m before expenses pursuant to a non pre-emptive placing of shares (the "Placing"). A total of 360,000 shares will be sold by the Company from treasury at the price of 659 pence per share.
Following Admission, the Company will have a market capitalisation (at the issue price under the Placing) of approximately £430.65 million.
Total Voting Rights
Following the Placing, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 65,349,458 ordinary shares with voting rights. In addition, 1,067,000 ordinary shares will be held in treasury. The figure of 65,349,458 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
