Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) Reaches Agreement on Potash Shipments to China


Belarusian Potash Company (BPC, joint venture trader of Uralkali and Belaruskali, and the world leader in export sales of potash fertiliser) has informed Uralkali (LSE: URKA) that it has agreed a contract with major Chinese fertiliser importers Sinochem and CNAMPGC on MOP deliveries in 2H 2011.


Major contract parameters:


Price for metric tonne

USD 470 (on a CFR basis)


Supply volume

500,000 tonnes firm and 200,000 tonnes of mutual optional quantities

Contract period


July 01 - December 31, 2011
