Jarvis has been informed that, on 6 April 2011, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion") exchanged 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") with  Mr Lionel Grant, father of Mr Andrew Grant, Chief Executive and Mr Lionel Grant's spouse, for shares in Sion, which will be cancelled


As a result of this transaction, Sion, company of which Mr Andrew Grant, has a controlling interest, is interested in 6,850,000 Shares, representing approximately 65.0% of the Company issued Shares and Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company comprises 6,859,960 Shares representing approximately 65.1% of the Company issued Shares (in each instance, excluding Treasury Shares).
