Purchase of Ordinary Shares
On 22 December 2010 the Company purchased in the market for cancellation 300,000 ordinary shares at an average price of US$ 0.77 each. Following the purchase and cancellation of the above ordinary shares 89,435,000 ordinary shares will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure 89,435,000 ordinary shares remaining in issue is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
