Wagon plc ('Wagon' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce a revised timetable for the Rights Issue. Trading in the Rights Issue Shares (nil paid) is expected to commence at 8:00am tomorrow morning11 July 2008. 


Provisional Allotment Letters will be despatched to Qualifying non-CREST Shareholders (other than certain Overseas Shareholders) by 11 July 2008 and CREST stock accounts of Qualifying CREST Shareholders (other than certain Overseas Shareholders) will be credited with the Nil Paid Rights and these rights and the Fully Paid Rights will be enabled in CREST at 8:00am tomorrow morning, 11 July 2008
