Management Board of JSC Bank of Georgia announces that Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Bank of Georgia is intended to be held in
February 2008.

According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Bank of Georgia record
date is 23 January, 2008, as of 17:00.

The agenda and recommendations, as well as place, date and time of Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders will be announced later in accordance with
applicable laws and with the official announcement of Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders.

Management Board of the JSC Bank of Georgia

Bank of Georgia, a leading universal Georgian bank with operations in Georgia
