TNS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST LANDIS STRATEGY
Taylor Nelson Sofres plc (TNS), a world leader in market insight and
information, today announces that it has acquired Landis Strategy & Innovation,
LLC (Landis) in the United States. Landis is a specialist research-based
consultancy that helps clients achieve more predictable and more sustainable top
This acquisition strengthens TNS' specialist capabilities in new product
development, by giving the group coverage of the entire cycle of services
required by clients. In particular, it brings a strong new capability in 'idea
generation', the critical first component of the new product development cycle,
complementing TNS' established strength in concept and product development
through to sales forecasting and launch tracking.
