Trading Update

                             The Weather Lottery plc
                      ("Weather Lottery" or "the Company")

                    TWL Achieves Online Transaction Approval

The  Weather Lottery Plc (Ticker symbol; TWL) is pleased to announce that it has
been  approved  by  a  UK High Street Bank for all Credit Card  and  Debit  Card
transactions.  The Weather Lottery has primarily been a paper based  application
Lottery with recurring standing orders (96%) being its main stream of revenue.

A  recurring Debit and Credit Card system will allow players to pay  online  and
will enhance the turnover of the Group and at the same time increase the revenue
of  the Company's 1500 (and growing) clients.  TWL only accepts applications  to
play its lotteries from U.K. based players.

Organisations  registered with The Weather Lottery can now simply contact  their
support  base to register directly online and raise further recurring funds  for
their cause. It is the Company's intention for the Play Online system to go live
in October 2006

Speaking today, Keith Milhench CEO of The Weather Lottery Plc explained:  "to be

for  the  Company's ongoing growth and development. Gaining approval by such  an
