                            ('IGH' or 'the Group')

IGH launches re-branded website for Premier Bet

Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc, the online sports betting and gaming operator,
announces that it has successfully launched the re-branded website for Premier
Bet.

Interactive Gaming Holdings acquired Premier Bet, a fixed odds bookmaker based
in London, in August 2005 for a total consideration of £1.2 million. Founded in
2002, Premier Bet is a leading exponent in offering a competitive range of
betting options on football. Premier Bet's customers have the ability to bet
across a wide range of markets, including traditional fixed odds, Asian
Handicaps, Unders & Overs, Outrights and Specials.

Customers can now place bets on several new sports offered on the Premier Bet
website, including Horse Racing, US Sports, Rugby Union and League, Cricket,
Tennis, Darts and Snooker. Soon to be offered sports include Golf, Speedway,
Cycling and Boxing.

The Premier Bet website has now been fully migrated towards the Orbis Technology
platform with all back office administration functions managed from a central
location. This improved infrastructure will optimise efficiencies across all
betting channels.

Commenting on the launch, Thomas Taule, Chairman and Chief Executive of
Interactive Gaming Holdings, said: 'I am delighted to announce the re-launch of
our Premier Bet website which demonstrates our commitment to growing our sports
coverage.

As stated in our preliminary results, we are looking at ways to expand Premier
Bet's geographical reach. To support this growth, we will shortly add multiple
languages to Premier Bet's website.'
