Mynydd Clogau Wind Farm Starts Generating Revenue

Novera Energy Limited ('Novera') (ASX and AIM: NVE) welcomes the announcement by
its 50:50 joint venture company, Novera Macquarie Renewable Energy ('NMRE') that
the 14.5MW Mynydd Clogau Wind Farm has commenced generating electricity ahead of
the original construction schedule.

NMRE acquired 100% of Mynydd Clogau from Novera in 2005 after Novera had
successfully completed the development of the project.

The wind farm will generate enough clean, renewable electricity to meet the
needs of more than 8,700 homes and will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by
around 32,700 tonnes each year.

Novera is focussed on renewable power generation in the UK with a portfolio
consisting of landfill gas (in the NMRE joint venture), wind power and the
advanced thermal treatment of waste to create energy.

David Fitzsimmons Novera CEO commented 'This earlier than anticipated
commissioning is excellent news and highlights the potential for Novera in the
wind industry. We continue to make good progress on our UK wind portfolio which
we are developing, in part with the RED Group, and in part alone. We anticipate
making a planning application for our next UK wind development by the middle of
2006'.
