                             AUDIO VISUAL BUSINESS

Armour Automotive, a division of Armour Group plc ('Armour'), has entered into
an agreement with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd., to supply an aftermarket in-car
DVD system for the Rolls-Royce Phantom model. This in-car DVD system, developed
jointly between Armour Automotive's VEBA division and Rolls-Royce, will be
assembled at the Armour Automotive production facilities in Hampshire. The
system, which will be a dealer fitted option, will be supplied to Rolls-Royce
for distribution through their worldwide dealer network. The first order is for
50 systems and deliveries are expected to start in December 2004.

George Dexter, Armour's Chief Executive, commented:

'The appointment by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars of Armour Automotive as the supplier
for the accessory in-car DVD system for the Phantom underlines the quality of
the Group's VEBA brand of in-car multimedia solutions and products. This is
another important contract for the Group with a vehicle manufacturer to supply
in-car multi media entertainment systems and we very much look forward to
working with Rolls-Royce.'
