Computer Software Group plc
Following recent acquisitions, the Company has decided it is now appropriate to
implement a plan to reorganise the existing Board into a Main Board and an
Operating Board. The Board Directors representing operating subsidiaries of the
Company will step down as Directors of the Company to form an Operating Board
that will report to the Board of Computer Software Group plc. Those stepping
down include Michael Baggs, Glenn Jackson, Neil Cross, Colin Wells and Jolanta
Pilecka. The Board changes will take effect immediately.
The Board of Computer Software Group plc now therefore consists of Michael
Jackson as Non Executive Chairman, Vinodka Murria as Chief Executive, Barbara
Firth as Finance Director, David Lowe, Richard Hargreaves and Robert Downey as
Non Executive Directors.
