XANSA RECOMMENDED AS THE PREFERRED JOINT VENTURE PARTNER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
                      HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCE
                       AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES TO THE NHS


Xansa, the international business process and IT services company is pleased to
announce that it has been recommended as the preferred partner by the Department
of Health (DoH) for the creation of a 50:50 Joint Venture (JV) to provide
Finance and Accounting (F&A) services to the NHS.

The JV will be based around the DoH's existing Shared Financial Service Centres
(SFSC) in Leeds and Bristol which currently provide services to 35 of the 663
NHS organisations and DoH agencies.  Subject to the completion of final
contractual agreements, a combined team will now prepare for the formation of
the Joint Venture that is expected to begin on 1 April 2005.

Commenting on the announcement, Alistair Cox, Chief Executive Xansa said,
