News Release

12 September 2003

                     Seymour Pierce opts for QuoteTerminal

City stockbroker Seymour Pierce is the latest in a series of well-known City
institutions to subscribe to QuoteTerminal, the UK-only live financial data and
news service from Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC (KTS).

Seymour Pierce, which combines investment management, corporate finance and
broking, chose QuoteTerminal to replace its existing market data display
systems. It opted for QuoteTerminal because it is a high quality, comprehensive
market data product that is also very cost-effective.

Among the QuoteTerminal clients that KTS has announced so far this year are
Royal London Asset Management, Singer & Friedlander and Charles Stanley.

QuoteTerminal is used by finance professionals in the UK and offers premium
news, data and analysis sourced from well-known providers such as ComStock, a
division of FT Interactive Data, Dow Jones Newswires, RNS News, JCF Group,
Hemscott and Exchange Data International.

Dr Marc Pinter-Krainer, Chief Executive of KTS, said:

'We're pleased at the progress QuoteTerminal is making in establishing itself as
a high quality market data product and a worthy alternative to the more
traditional providers. What's more, QuoteTerminal allows clients to
significantly reduce their market data costs. We welcome Seymour Pierce as our
latest QuoteTerminal subscriber.'

Richard Ratner, Head of Research Desk at Seymour Pierce, commented:

'QuoteTerminal is a highly user-friendly application which gave it great
popularity amongst our users when we were trialling the service. It fulfils our
market data needs with its comprehensive coverage and functionality, and at the
same time is very competitively priced.'
