Kingsbridge Holdings plc ('Kingsbridge'), the leading IFA specialising in
advising sports, entertainment and other high net worth individuals, announces
it has entered into an agreement with International Sports Management ('ISM'),
one of Europe's leading golf agencies to offer Kingsbridge's specialist
financial service advice to ISM's elite client base. These include a number of
the UK and Europe's leading golfers including Lee Westwood, Darren Clarke,
Andrew Coltart, Paul McGinley, David Howell, Mark Foster and Simon Dyson. In
addition the agency also looks after five of the current England cricket team
and over twenty professional footballers.

This agreement represents a major step in Kingsbridge's stated ambition to build
upon its position as the UK's leading football-related IFA and use its
unrivalled expertise in other sports areas. As well as a quality client base
within football where they advise a large number of Premiership players,
including a number of international players, the Company is also the nationally
appointed broker to the League Managers Association and official pensions
adviser to the FA Premier League and Nationwide Football League. Kingsbridge
has unparalleled expertise in the financial planning requirements of individual
sportsmen and has already diversified into several other sports, including
cricket, where they have an agreement with The Professional Cricketer's
Association, rugby union, rugby league and horseracing.

At its AGM held in December the Group stated that it expected to make further
progress in the current year. The integration of its acquisitions is continuing
with the anticipation of the launch of the Kingsbridge Financial brand across
the Group in the near term. It is anticipated that the Group will report
interim results to February in April 2002.

David McKee, Managing Director and one of the founders of Kingsbridge said:

'We are delighted to have been asked by Andrew 'Chubby' Chandler of ISM, to
advise their stars on their finances.

We are the leading UK financial adviser in the football field; clients include
14 members of the current England and England Under 21 squads; and also advise
other sports personalities, such as England cricketers Nasser Hussain, and Alec
Stewart, as well as players in Rugby Union, Rugby League and a number of
jockeys.

The agreement with ISM will add golf to our portfolio of sports and also extend
our penetration into cricket and football. It is further proof of our
pre-eminence in handling the current and future finances of sports men and
women. Trading remains buoyant and there seems to be an increasing demand for
the services that Kingsbridge offer.'

Andrew Chandler, Chief Executive of ISM added:

'It is essential that our players receive financial advice not just in the short
term but in planning ahead five, ten or more years. We considered a number of
advisers and Kingsbridge stood out with the quality of their offering. They have
total understanding of the way in which sports careers can develop and of the
financial rewards and personal challenges that follow.

'An excellent relationship between the adviser and his client is essential and
Kingsbridge clearly have a passion for sport and understand the pressure that
today's sportsmen and women have to cope with. Allied to their technical
expertise this made them the ideal partner. It's a perfect match Kingsbridge is
the professionals' professional.'

                                                                14 February 2002
