Strategic Agreement with On-Line Entertainment

EMI Group's Recorded Music division and On-Line
Entertainment Network, Inc. (OEN), a subsidiary of GlobalNet
Systems, Ltd. (OTC: ISDN), announced today that they have entered
into a strategic relationship agreement to provide on demand, pay-
to-use media programming services, including live concert
netcasts, over the Internet.
EMI  has  selected OEN as a recommended provider  and  will  work
closely  to promote these services. Under the terms of  the  non-
exclusive  agreement,  EMI  will  assist  OEN  in  entering  into
agreements to stream live concerts involving EMI artists over the
Internet  and  to offer archived concerts to consumers.  OEN  has
produced  numerous  high quality netcasts  with  its  experienced
production staff and is capable of delivering its programming  to
over  1,000,000  simultaneous listeners for its  live,  over  the
Internet, concert events.

As  part of the agreement, EMI received equity in OEN and a small
equity stake in GlobalNet Systems, Ltd.
'EMI  has  selected OEN to produce live netcasts for its  artists
due  to OEN's high quality sound and its experienced live netcast
staff,'  said Jay Samit, Senior Vice President of New Media,  EMI

fans closer together on the Internet.'
