Distribute Baypoint Innovations OnePoint Messenger(tm) Release 2.0

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA--At CT Expo 2000, Baypoint Innovations, a leading
provider of enterprise messaging systems and part of the Communications

that Fujitsu Business Communication Systems and CompuCom Systems, Inc. have
each signed a Letter-of-Intent with Baypoint Innovations to become a
distributor and integrated solution provider, respectively, of OnePoint
Messenger Release(tm) 2.0.  OnePoint Messenger, a true unified messaging
system, extends Microsoft(r) Exchange(tm) and Outlook to provide voice, e-mail
and fax messaging for Fortune 1,000 businesses. 

Baypoint and Fujitsu

'We have been working with Baypoint Innovations for over 10 years and have
successfully distributed their NuPoint Messenger(tm) (formerly Series 6) voice
and fax mail systems,' said Glenda Davis, president of Fujitsu Business
Communication Systems.  'We intend to offer the OnePoint Messenger server so
our installed base will have this option for a simple upgrade path to unified
messaging.'

OnePoint Messenger, Release 2.0, announced March 7, 2000, at CT Expo and
provides tight integrations to many PBXs.  New in Release 2.0, OnePoint
Messenger supports the Fujitsu F9600(r) PBX Multimedia Platform.  F9600 PBX
users can now add OnePoint Messenger and benefit from its rich unified
messaging features including: having e-mail read to them over a phone, Web
browser and PC desktop access to voice and fax messages, and off-line
messaging using Microsoft Outlook.

NuPoint Messenger systems and in fact, was one of our first software-only OEM
