Appointment of New Directors to the Board

The Board of AIT Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos
Rojas and Dina Gray to the main Board with immediate effect. Both Carlos and
Dina have been Directors at AIT for over 2 years and for the last 12 months
have been actively involved with the Board in executive decision making.

Carlos Rojas, Group Operations Director, is responsible for the delivery of
all AIT projects internationally and contributes to the ongoing evolution of
the Company's products.  He chairs the Operations Board, which controls
project activity, best practise and technical re-use. Carlos' delivery
organisation has already successfully delivered projects world-wide and he is
also a key driver in the development of strong alliance partner relationships,
such as KPMG. Carlos believes firmly in commitment to excellence, action
orientation and dedication to the customer as the leading principles that
guide AIT's approach.

Dina Gray, a former officer in the Royal Army Educational Corps, employs her
extensive training and knowledge management experience in the role of Director
of Intellectual Capital.  Dina strives to ensure that our intellectual assets
are developed and best utilised to help AIT make the most of its potential for
future business growth. Dina was instrumental in AIT recently being awarded
the 'Arthur Andersen UK Best Practices Award for Motivating and Retaining

Commenting on the two appointments, Richard Hicks, Chairman of AIT said:

'Both Carlos and Dina have assumed increasing responsibilities as AIT has
grown. They now manage the Company as part of the Executive team and I would
like to congratulate them both on behalf of the Board.  These appointments
recognise the significant contributions of the individuals and further
