Velocys plc (VLS.L), the company at the forefront of smaller scale gas-to-liquids (GTL), was informed that Dr Paul Schubert, Chief Operating Officer, sold 277,100 ordinary shares on 15th December 2014 at 161p per share.

 

Following the sale, Dr Schubert holds options over 1,264,565 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the issued ordinary shares.
