UNILEVER'S FOURTH QUARTER AND
PROVISIONAL FULL YEAR RESULTS FOR THE YEAR 2000

Unilever's fourth quarter and provisional full year results for the year 2000
will be published at 07:00hrs (GMT) on Thursday, 8th February 2001.
 
There will be an analyst presentation at 08:45hrs (GMT) and this will be
linked to a simultaneous telephone conference link direct to the
presentation. The teleconference can be accessed via Unilever's website or a
normal telephone link. Access given via our website and telephone link will
be on a listen-only basis - Unilever will be open to questions from analysts
only during this call.
