Alistair Fulton, a non-executive director of the Company and
his  wife  Eileen Fulton, sold 200,000 and 100,000  ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company respectively, at a price of
485p  on  Monday 17 January 2000.  Their subsequent holdings
following the sale are as follows:
