Netcentric Systems PLC (the 'Company')
Holding in Company
The Company was informed on 13 March 2001 that Eaglet Investment Trust had
disposed of 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company following a transaction
on 12 March 2001. Eaglet Investment Trust now has an interest in 18,500,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing 7.26% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
