                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed on 26 May 2004 that Geoffrey Forster, a director of the
Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 64.5p
per share on 26 May 2004. Following this acquisition, Mr Forster is interested
in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
