DIRECTORS SHAREDEALING
The Company announces that the following director of the Company made the
following purchase of the Company's shares on the 10 September 2001.
Roy R. E. Stanley purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £1.56p
per share, taking his beneficial shareholding to 4,335,762 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 34.24 per cent of that class of capital.
