EGM resolutions Passed

The Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company
held earlier today, the resolutions to approve the adoption of share option
schemes, to increase the Company's authorised share capital and to authorise
and empower the directors to allot new ordinary shares were all passed.
