Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that the Managing Director, Duncan
Godefroy, has today, Friday, September 17 1999, contracted to acquire 5,600
ordinary shares at a price of £1.27p per share. This brings his holding in
the ordinary shares of the company to 96,144, including family interest, which
is equal to 0.96% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
