Fleet update

Songa Venus has achieved operating efficiency of 100% during the month. The rig is currently operating for the ADA Consortium and CNOOC Australia offshore North West Australia after completing the previous Shell program 12 August. Songa Mercur has achieved operating efficiency of 99% during the month. The rig completed its work for Santos offshore North West Australia 19 August. The rig is currently on standby in Dampier for upcoming work for Woodside Energy Ltd. Songa Saturn has achieved an operating efficiency of 91% during the month. The rig continues to operate under the Nippon led consortium contract in Libya, working for Petrobras. Overall the Libyan program has taken longer than originally anticipated and subsequently the earlier announced fourth and last well of the Libyan program has now been cancelled. This cancellation will not affect predicted revenues over the firm contract period. Completion of the current well is expected to be in early October then the rig will go directly to Malta for upgrade works, and then sail to Equatorial Guinea for an onwards contract there. Songa Dee has achieved operating efficiency of 97%, the rig continues to operate for Marathon / Lundin in Norway. Songa Delta has achieved operating efficiency of 98%, the rig is working for Wintershall / Det norske oljeselskap in Norway.
