Net Asset Value

 

SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company"), the only diversified equipment leasing fund listed in the UK, is pleased to provide its monthly net asset value ("NAV") update.

 

As at 31 October 2015, the Company's unaudited, estimated NAV was 100.13 pence per share (cum-income). This includes the 0.6042 pence per share dividend announced on 21 October 2015 that went ex-dividend on 5 November 2015 and will be paid on 27 November 2015. On a pro-forma basis, the unaudited estimated NAV, adjusted for the payment of this dividend, is 99.53 pence per share.

 

Dividend

 

The Company is pleased to announce a dividend of 0.6042 pence per share for the month ended 31 October 2015, reflecting an annualised dividend of 7.25 pence per share. The dividend will be payable on 18 December 2015 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on 4 December 2015. The ex-dividend date is 3 December 2015.
