APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment yesterday
of  Mr  Peter  William McWeeney, FCMA  (aged  41  years)  as
finance  director  with  immediate effect.   Graham  Chivers
remains  on  the Board as an executive director and  company
secretary.

After  training  with Jaguar Cars, Peter McWeeney  has  held
positions with a number of companies, acting for a period as
a  chief  accountant with Lloyds Abbey Life and  culminating
most recently as Finance Director for Philex plc.
