The  Company  was  informed  on  14  December  1999  that  Eaglet
Investment Trust plc now holds 5,724,456 ordinary shares of 12.5p
each  which represents a holding of 24.5% of the Company's issued
share capital.

The  shares  will  be  held in the name  of  Lloyds  Bank  (Stock
Exchange Branch) Nominees Ltd Account Designate EAGLET.
