Premier Foods plc 15 April 2008 Premier Foods plc (the 'Company') NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND OTHER PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES We wish to notify the following, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules. The vesting of the matching awards is ordinarily subject to the holding of the relevant investment shares by the participant, the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of performance conditions based upon a combination of Earnings per Share growth and Total Shareholder Return as measured over a three-year period.
