The Board of Directors Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the 'Fund') wish
to announce that with effect from 24 December 2004 Management International
(Guernsey) Limited (the 'Administrator'), the Administrator to the Fund has
changed its name to HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited, to further
reflect the fact that it is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Holdings
plc.
