 Paul Le Page joins the Board of Directors

 

NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, is pleased to welcome Mr Paul Le Page to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.  Mr Le Page will join the Board of NextEnergy Solar Fund on 3 October 2023, succeeding Mr Vic Holmes as Senior Independent Director of the Company from 1 January 2024 after Mr Holmes retires from the Board on 31 December 2023.

 

Mr Le Page currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of RTW Biotech Opportunities Fund Limited, TwentyFour Income Fund Limited, and Highbridge Tactical Credit Fund Limited.  Mr Le Page recently retired from Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited having served 10 years as a Director and Chair of their Audit and Risk Committee.
