London - 27 August 2009 - Mobile Streams, the mobile content retailer, announces today that it has launched a portfolio of subscription-based content clubs in Argentina. The Company's portfolio now exceeds more than a dozen content channels that offer a variety of different subscription services. All mobile phone users in Argentina on the three local network operators - Movistar, Claro and Personal - can subscribe to these services via Mobile Streams' '2323' text short code and the local www.Ringtones.com web and mobile internet siteSubscribers to these services receive daily text messages on their chosen topic. Mobile Streams is fortunate to have a strong local team and be able to call upon strong capabilities and credibility in Latin America. These have been built up over the past five years since we opened our local subsidiaries in the regionThe www.Ringtones.com brand also has strong local recognition and trust thanks to its longstanding presence on the local operator's content portals.'

Mobile Streams is also actively exploring opportunities to launch these mobile internet services into other Latin American markets leveraging its local presence and direct billing relationships in the region.
