DEALINGS BY DIRECTOR
We have been informed today that on 2nd August 1999 Sir Martin Jacomb acquired
55 shares in a general PEP registered in the name of Swan Nominees. The shares
were acquired in a dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 375p each.
Sir Martin's total holding now stands at 22,260 shares.
