Director Changes
 
LSL Property Services plc (LSL) a leading provider of residential property services incorporating estate agency and surveying businesses, today announces the retirement of Non Executive Director, Paul Latham with effect from 1st October 2012 and the appointment of Adrian Gill as a Non Executive Director with effect from 10th September 2012.
 
Paul Latham's decision follows his retirement from the Board as an Executive Director in 2010. Since then Paul has been a Non Executive Director and has now decided to step down from the Board of Directors. The Board of LSL would like to thank Paul for his exceptional contribution to the business.

Adrian Gill, is joining LSL as a Non Executive Director having been an executive director at Connells Limited (Connells), the national estate agency business of the Skipton Building Society Group, for over 10 years. Prior to his role at Connells, Adrian was Managing Director of Lush Retail Limited (UK & Ireland). Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and he will also be joining LSL's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Following Adrian's appointment to the Audit Committee, Roger Matthews will step down from the Audit Committee with effect from 10th September 2012.
 
In accordance with the requirements of 9.6.15 of the Listing Rules, LSL confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Adrian Gill.
 
Roger Matthews, LSL Chairman, commented: "I am delighted Adrian has decided to join the LSL Board as a Non Executive Director. He brings significant commercial experience in the estate agency and retail markets and I am confident he will make a valuable contribution to our growth plans."
