LAND SECURITIES HOSTS INVESTOR CONFERENCE
Land Securities Group PLC ('Land Securities' / 'Company') announces that it has
today held an Investor Conference which provided information about the Company's
retail portfolio, London portfolio, Land Securities Trillium and Urban Community
development programme at Kent Thameside. No new information was provided during
the event.
The slides used in the presentation are now available on the Company's website
(www.landsecurities.com). Video and audio webcasts of the presentations will be
available next week.
The conference was hosted by Francis Salway, Land Securities' Group Chief
Executive, and members of the Company's senior management team, and covered the
following topics:-
• Welcome and introduction - strategy, macro market conditions and
focus on development and property outsourcing
• REITs - December valuation, business model, debt versus equity,
dividend policy
• Land Securities Trillium - business model, service offer, existing
contracts, new business and valuation
• Retail - income growth/reversions and voids, development, market and
consumer trends
• London - objectives, achievements, risk management of major
projects.
The Conference will conclude this afternoon with a presentation at Ebbsfleet
Valley.
