JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that it has issued 275,523 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by certificated and uncertificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 16,723,772 Ordinary shares and 3,278,316 Subscription shares.

These shares had been approved for listing by the UK Listing Authority, on an as and when allotted basis, as part of a block listing of 3,557,451 Ordinary shares granted on and effective from 8.00 a.m. on 2nd February 2016.
