Notification Under S.198-202 UK Companies Act

A  Notice  has been received from CGNU plc on  behalf  of
itself and its subsidiaries.

The Notice states that following the recent merger of CGU
plc and Norwich Union plc, a centralised global reporting
unit   has   been  established.   This  unit  will   make
disclosures  as required by Section 198  to  202  of  the
Companies  Act  1985  on  behalf  of  CGNU  plc  and  its
subsidiaries.

CGNU  plc  and  certain  of  its  subsidiaries  has   the
following notifiable interests:

Norwich Union Investment Management Limited    23,949,907
