The Company was notified on 26 June 2008 by Gartmore Investment Limited ("Gartmore") that, following an acquisition of the Company's shares on 25 June 2008, Gartmore was interested in 14,036,811 shares representing 5.04% of the Company's issued share capital. Gartmore's shares in the Company are beneficially owned as follows:
