Capital Reorganisation Update

 

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 7 July 2023, the proposed share capital reorganisation was approved by shareholders in the Company.  Accordingly, each existing ordinary share of 2.5 pence will be sub-divided into one ordinary share of 0.1 pence (the "New Ordinary Shares") and 1 deferred share of 2.4 pence.  The rights attaching to the New Ordinary Shares will be identical in all respects to those of the existing ordinary shares, and the ISIN number will remain the same.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, and it is expected that dealings in the shares will commence at 08.00 on Friday 26 January 2024.
