CHANGE TO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FEE ARRANGEMENTS

The Board has reviewed the Company's investment management fee arrangements. Accordingly, with effect from 1 January 2014 the investment management fee will reduce from 1.50% to 1.25% per annum as calculated on the net assets.
